Autumn-Winter Food season

This season from mid-November to mid-February is known in Mexico as the Guadalupe-Reyes vacation period because of the many feasts that are held during those months. Naturally, it is an excellent eating season that starts with the "Pan de Muerto" and ends with "Candelaria tamales." We want to invite you to celebrate these festivities with us, learning how to cook these dishes authentically – and eating them too.
